Macy’s THANKS FOR SHARING campaign offers an easy way for shoppers to donate to worthy causes in their community. The campaign runs from September 19 through December 31, 2007.

For every $25 enrollment fee, Macy’s cardholders will earn 10% Rewards on most Macy’s and macys.com purchases made with their Macy’s credit card. Macy’s will make a $10 donation for each enrollment to the American Heart Association’s “Go Red for Women”, Boys & Girls Clubs, United Way and America’s Second Harvest food banks.

Donations stay in the communities where the donations are made. In Alameda County, your donation will benefit the Alameda County Community Food Bank.

Beginning in February 2008, Macy’s will mail your accumulated Rewards in the form of a Macy’s gift card.

This is the sixth year Macy’s has presented a community fundraising program. Last year, over $2.5 million was raised for charity. For more information go to www1.macys.com..
