Refresh with Homemade Naturally Flavored Water

Sunny days are just around the corner! Warm weather activities like going to the beach, picnicking, or your favorite outdoor exercise require that we stay well hydrated by drinking plenty of water – and avoiding sugary drinks as much as possible. If you’re craving some flavor, incorporate frozen fruits and herbs in your water to make it tasty and refreshing! Try this yummy watermelon-mint water recipe or these naturally flavored water combos.
