Mindy joined the Alameda County Community Food Bank in 1997.  She has perfected her accounting skills during the past two decades and has in-depth institutional knowledge.  Throughout her tenure, she has worked her way up and most recently promoted to Director of Finance in 2019.  She leads a high-performing team and is responsible for the accounting operations in the finance department. Mindy prides herself with a proven track record of clean fiscal audits during her 23+ years.

Giving back and being active in her community has always been an important part of Mindy’s life. In addition to serving as Secretary of the Vietnamese congregation at St. Elizabeth Church,  she also sits on the Vietnamese board of directors for the Oakland Chapter of the National Cursillo Movement as Treasurer.
