Alameda County Community Food Bank (the “Food Bank”) respects the privacy of our constituents. In order to better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected when you visit www.accfb.org (the “Website”). Information We Collect and How We Use It
In the course of using the Website, we may collect your email addresses for our listserv, payment information for purchases and donations, and certain personal information when you sign up to be a volunteer, organize a food drive, or download our logos. We may also aggregate non-personal information about how the Website is used. If you would like to opt-out of our listserv, please fill out this form.

The Food Bank does not sell names or other personal information about our Website users and subscribers, online or off-line supporters, and partners to mass marketers or any other entity. We may use your information in other ways, such as to contact you about Alameda County Community Food Bank activities, partnerships and/or fundraising campaigns; to conduct matching on Facebook or other social media; or as otherwise disclosed to you at the point of collection.

We do not share donor information with other organizations. Certain online credit card purchases and donations are processed through our third party service provider, Neon One. We are pleased when youth visit our Website to learn more about the Food Bank and the problem of hunger in Alameda County. While our volunteer activities are open to anyone aged 10 or older, we do not knowingly solicit data from children or knowingly seek donations from children under the age of 18.
