Lynnette HollinsDirector of People & Culture

Lynnette Hollins is a proud San Francisco native with more than 15 years of experience in People and Operations, including over five years in nonprofit leadership. She most recently served as Director of Human Resources for a permanent supportive housing organization that operated as a second chance employer. In that role, she supported efforts to both house and employ individuals from all walks of life, including those rebuilding their lives. She believes access to stable employment and housing creates lasting change for individuals, families, and communities.

Lynnette has led strategic people operations, payroll administration, labor relations, compliance, and employee engagement in complex, mission driven environments. She is known for steady leadership, strong ethical standards, and building systems that are fair, transparent, and people centered. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in a simple belief: great leaders make great leaders. She prioritizes developing teams, creating clear structure, and ensuring people have the tools and support they need to succeed.

As an African American woman in leadership, Lynnette understands the importance of representation, inclusivity, and belonging. She believes organizations are strongest when every voice is valued and when equity is reflected in everyday practice. Her commitment to mission driven work is rooted in a desire to serve communities with integrity and intention.

Lynnette is a Presidential Member of The National Society of Leadership and Success. Outside of work, she is a loyal San Francisco 49ers fan who enjoys traveling and creative DIY projects.
