Danielle oversees global litigation at VMware, Inc., a leading software company headquartered in Silicon Valley. As an attorney, she has been active in pro bono work, including representing low-income tenants in unlawful detainer settlement negotiations and helping a Nicaraguan woman obtain asylum in the U.S. Previously with Applied Materials in Santa Clara, she managed global investigations, litigation, and intellectual property enforcement and protection. Danielle grew up in a small town in Mississippi, received her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, and currently resides in Hayward with her husband and two children. Term expires 12/31/24.
