Join us in ensuring good food goes to good use.
Financial donations have the biggest impact
If you’re considering purchasing food to donate, please consider just donating those funds to the Food Bank instead. With financial donations, we can negotiate great deals to distribute more food per dollar. Plus, we can prioritize the nourishing food our communities want most such as fresh produce, eggs, dairy, and culturally appropriate foods.

Food Industry Business Donations
The Food Bank welcomes donations from across the food industry – from large manufacturers and retail distributors to small, locally-owned businesses and grocers. We can help you reduce food waste and take advantage of tax credits. You can comply with SB-1383 and be protected from liability. Read more about our policies and procedures and how to get in touch.
Community Donations
Have excess food that you want to share with your neighbors? We have many sites across the county to collect non-perishable food that we then bring to our warehouse, sort, and distribute. However, we don’t accept everything. Find out more about what we accept and where you can drop off your donation.

Start a Food Drive
Want to gather more food that can be distributed to your neighbors? Start a Food Drive and enlist your friends, co-workers, school, sports team, etc! Food drives are a great way to raise awareness about hunger in the area and inspire others to take action.
