Nothing says spring quite like fresh, tasty, colorful produce. And, our warehouse is filling up with it. These parfaits are piled high with fresh raspberries and blueberries, drizzled with honey, and topped with crunchy granola.
The best part? Our nutrition team approves them! The berries are full of nutrients and antioxidants, and the yogurt packs on the protein – a light, tasty spring treat.
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp granola
- Rinse raspberries and blueberries under cold water, pat dry, and place in small bowl.
- Drizzle honey over top of berries and gently toss together.
- Layer berries, yogurt, and granola in two serving glasses. You can layer as much of each ingredient as you’d like.
